#transformationtuesday  May 17’ ➡️ August 19’ Just about 40 pounds difference..going from a size 18-16 to a 8-10 in pants (depending on the designer)—definitely maintaining and enjoying summer this year. Haven’t been 100% focused on loosing more weight. I’ll be refocusing this fall- I want to try a barre class when the toddler is in school two days a week! What’s your favorite workout class? .

Can we just take a moment to acknowledge the fact that that very big pansa is gone!!!! OMG so my beautiful goddaughter came over this weekend and she loves to see pictures when she was a baby WOW how I have changed! I wanted to redo the picture that was taken just 6 years ago! All the struggles I went through to get to where I am now! I did this! Yes a lil help with  #gastricbypasssurgery  but let me tell you it was and is not the easy way out!! I still did this

Happy  #k etoday  everyone! I haven’t done one of these in a while, but they’re SO helpful in keeping me on track. This journey has been amazing, tough, emotional, and most of all— REWARDING! Keto has definitely become a lifestyle for me and the transformation photos are a reminder of why I began this in the first place. It’s been such an impactful decision to begin and stick with keto. Even my guy  @justintimeforketo  , who has supported me every step of the way, has been thinking of when he’d like to fully transition into keto! He can see not only the success I’ve had with weight loss, but the changes in my physical and emotional health as well. Struggling with autoimmune, I used to get sick and have to take trips to the hospital semi frequently. In the last two years, after beginning my journey, I think I’ve only had to see my gp for checkups. Phew!

I wanted to get at least one summer dress  #transformationtuesday  in! But I couldn’t find a summer dress pic pre-keto. The left photo I was already several months in to keto and pretty excited, the right, I’m nearly a year in and feeling great!

In the pic on the left I was my heaviest at 230 pounds. I got a "good" slap in the face from my gynecologist that if I wanted to get pregnant I may need to drop some weight. Come to find, that wasn't our issue for not getting pregnant, but I thank him for giving me the wake up call I needed for my life! If he hadn't, I wouldn't have had the two amazing pregnancies I did and maintained a healthy weight for 10 years. . . I lost 85 pounds back then on a low carb lifestyle before anyone had a clue what keto was! The pic on the right is today. I'm 135 pounds, 10 years older, & healthier/happier than ever! I've lost 20 pounds living a ketogenic lifestyle since January 1st this year. At this point, I'm just maintaining & focusing on strength training/building muscle. Like I always tell y'all...do it for YOU! YOU are worth the hard work, sweat, & tears. We got this, no one is pissing in our hard earned cheerios

May 18 vs August 19.. Do it for the little date night dress that’s been in your closet since April! These past few weeks I’ve been  #lazyketo  and that means sneaking some chips and salsa at our fav Mexican restaurant- not counting macros- scale goes up and down depending on water/drinks/ salt/ time of the month. .
