“I was never much into desserts and sweets and when I was in my 30’s I quit smoking and ever since then my weight kept going every month and I barely noticed it.
In my 40’s I noticed I was now officially obese and tried to lose weight every year but it was always a disaster. I’d lose weight for 3 months only to see the scales move back up slowly back to the starting point even though I was eating healthy grains, fruits and veg, and low-fat meat.
It’s not until I cut out most carbs did I ever lose the cravings for sweets, bread, and pasta did I finally lost the weight for good. I also have more energy and no more joint pain.
I’m now in my 50’s and I feel better than I did 10 years ago.
